Fees for the 2026 Season

Registration Fee

  • The team registration fee per swimmer is $165.
  • If there are more than 3 registered children in the same family, each additional child registration fee will be waived.

Fees For Lake St. Louis CA members

  • CA members must purchase an individual or family amenity season pass through the CA office.

Fees For Non-CA members

  • There is an additional $100 CA fee required per swimmer.
  • This fee is not waived for any child in the family (even if the Registration Fee is waived). This is required by us by the CA.

Late Fee

  • There will be a late fee of $25 assessed for registrations after April 15.

Volunteer Deposit

  • A $300 volunteer deposit per family will be collected ( by check).
  • This will be held in escrow until the end of the season.
  • As long as volunteer duties are met, the check will be returned or shredded.
  • If all volunteer duties are not met, this check will be retained to cover the cost of hiring additional volunteers at meets.
  • A small number of volunteer buy-outs are available each season on a first-come, first-served basis.  A buy-out costs an additional $265 (and no deposit check is necessary).

Team Suits

  • 2026 is not a new suit year.  If you are needing a new suit, you will need to go either location of our approved vendor, B&B Aquatics for a suit fitting and purchase. They also have goggles, extra caps, etc.

Refund Policy

  • Written notice MUST be provided to the LSL Swim Board President no later than May 15th of the current season to receive a full refund of registration fees and deposits.
  • Written notice provided after May 15th but before June 6th of the current season will receive 50% of registration fees and deposits.
  • No refunds are given after the first meet of the season. No exceptions.
