If you haven't already, please make sure to declare this weekend for our Blue & Gold Intrasquad practice meet, which is held this Tueday during practice from 8a - 11a.  I will create heat sheets for the it so that all of us will get the feel for what an official meet will be like.  Thanks and enjoy your weekend!  -Kerry
