Hi team!

We had some last minute changes to make to the meet due to swimmers from both teams that are no longer able to attend.  Some events have shifted the heat and/or lane of swimmers (to better combine events and keep things running fast) so please check your events when you arrive at the pool.  You can also get the latest info in the Swimtopia app - the app is updated real-time as we make changes in the meet.

It's always possible that we may have "on-deck scratches", which is fancy pool lingo for last minute changes for kids that can't attend.  We will send you a push notification through the Swimtopia app, and coaches will be on the lookout to find your swimmer.  We try to minimize those, but sometimes it just can't be avoided.

Results will be posted real-time in the app tonight as well.  Please keep your eyes on those, and if something seems wrong, please find one of our board members.  Do not go to the scoring/computer table (that's a league rule) - only league reps and data entry volunteers are allowed at the table :-)

And remember - no parents are allowed to sit on the pool deck (inside the fence).  There is a viewing area roped off on the lake side of the pool where you can get a great view to watch your kid's events.  We have seating under the balcony, and can sit on the balcony - just remember the restaurant is open and to be respectful of those patrons.
