Good morning Sea Lions!

I'm attaching the current heat sheets and events by swimmer for your review. Please note, we did get several scratches that have come in over the weekend, and are still working on those changes (so you may not see them reflected here yet). Those changes will be in before the meet begins.  If something changes today, remember to contact us via the CLICK HERE link on our website home page - that immediately notifies everyone (coaches, board members, etc.) that you can't attend.

Our host team should be publishing heat sheet information to the Swimtopia app (as we did at our first home meet) - I anticipate that will come this afternoon as all of the scratches/changes are put into place.

This is our second away meet and a few reminders:  

• Check-in prior to warmups! Information on times and location can be found on our Swimtopia website under Meet and Event Signups
• Blanchette has shifted their bullpen location from last season.  Please take a look at the attachment provided by them that shows the layout of their pool.  Our team should have some space on the side of the pool nearest the parking lot and in the grass.
• Space is tight please make sure to share your tent/shade with as many of our team as possible.

• Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought into the pool area. The concession stand will be available until 9:45pm. Cards and cash are accepted.
• Absolutely NO ALCOHOL can be brought in. If brought in, they will be asked to put it away, and then asked to leave if they don’t adhere to this rule.
• No canopies of any type will be allowed. If they would like to use them, they may be set up outside of the fenced in area. The pool decks are not big enough to accommodate them.
• The other pools in the facility are open to the public until 7PM. DO NOT allow your swimmers to play in those pools. Those are not for swim team and swimmers will be asked to get out of those pools if they are seen in them. 
• There is an area that is set up for Blanchette families. (See map attached.) All other areas can be used for visitors, with the exceptions of this reserved area and the bullpen.
• Please have swimmers walk up steps and along fence to enter the bullpen. We ask that you leave enough room between your chairs and the fence to allow swimmers to walk through.
• No pets are allowed in the fenced in areas.
