Heat Sheets and Events (By Swimmer) for Twin Chimneys Tomorrow!
Good morning!
Twin Chimneys released heat sheets yesterday evening, and I'm attaching a copy of them here. Please remember that these can (and likely will change) right up to the start of the meet due to scratches, so please check the Swimtopia app at the meet to confirm your swimmers events/heats/lanes.
Below is information about the meet from our host - I've also added it into the meet description on our site.
Twin Chimneys Tidal Waves
7145 Twin Chimneys Blvd.
O’Fallon, MO 63368
Warm-ups start at 5pm (with Away Team swimming first)
Meet starts at 5:30pm
If you are a parent volunteer, please check in with your team.
All Timers, Runners and Stroke Officials should attend a meeting near the announcer stand at 5:15pm and 1st Half workers should be ready to take your position following the meeting.
1)Pool does not close until 4pm, so please allow time for the residents to leave before arriving for the meet.
2) Parking is allowed in the Clubhouse parking lot and along the streets, but please do NOT BLOCK anyone’s driveway or park in their grass! Also, use caution when parking near the end of the street to avoid blocking visibility or creating blind spots for drivers.
3) Visiting team can set up tents and/or chairs outside the pool gate area.
4) NO playing on the playground, tennis courts, lakes or going into anyone’s yard. Please keep an eye on your children!! (The playground will be closed and taped off to prevent injury.)
5) Concessions will be open and will accept cash and card. Kona Ice will be available for sale in the parking lot during the meets. Please go with your children or remind them to watch for moving cars.
6) Please remember to use the provided trash cans and pick up after yourself.
7) Please also remind swimmers that they should only be in the Bullpen if they are lining up for their event. While in the Bullpen, we ask that kids be respectful and not pick up or throw the rocks from the landscaping.
8) Our Bullpen is located near our smaller Adult pool, please have your kids walk down and around the pool to enter instead of squeezing between the chairs.
See you tonight at the pool!
-Kerry
