Good morning Sea Lions!

I want to send a few friendly reminders about meets as we get ready to kick off with our intersquad Blue & Gold meet tonight.  Returning families will remember these, and I thought this would help our new families as we roll into our regular season meets next week.

• If you need to cancel your swimmer at the last minute, please use the "Help! I Can't Make The Meet" link from our homepage - it will automatically notify the right people (coaches, board members, etc.).  Personal messages, texts, Facebook posts will get missed, especially on meet days - it's a little hectic for us!

• Once entries are closed/locked after the declare deadline, we are not able to add swimmers.  Set your calendar reminders to sign up your swimmers :-)

• Once heat sheets are released, we are not able to change events, unless it is for a substitution for a scratch (a swimmer no longer attending).

• Entries can be updated (for scratches) up until the start of a meet - which means, heats/lanes will change after being released.  Make sure you check Swimtopia often, especially in the first 15-20 minutes after the meet begins.  You will see our Webmasters and coaches hard at work at the Results table getting those changes into the meet. (B&G's have already been updated once today)
