Good morning Sea Lions!

Heat sheets for tonight's meet were published yesterday - but please remember events may shift up until the meet starts if we have to change to accommodate for scratches/substitutions.

It's going to be a hot one - we are under and extreme heat warning until 10pm.  I have asked if the CA is willing to allow tents on the patio due to the weather - I will send an update when I hear back from them.  

Don't forget to check out our amazing concession stand for some snacks and cold drinks tonight - all profits from it go directly to our team!

Also, please remind your swimmers to use the restrooms by the pool - wet swimsuits shouldn't go into the clubhouse.
