Hi everyone!

Due to the extreme heat today, the CA will permit the use of canopy/tailgate tents on the patio tonight only, but only in the area in front of the ballroom. The large area will have tables with umbrellas for shade - no tents should be in that space.

A reminder that we do not allow parent seating on the pool deck - that space is for swimmers, coaches, and volunteers only.

I had some questions about restaurant service for our non-CA swim team families. Typically restaurant service is reserved for CA members, but during swim meets & events, non-CA families are welcome to purchase food/beverage from there.

Thank you everyone for your understanding while we work to communicate the CA policies :)
