Hello Sea Lions!

Due to the extreme heat, we are working on some extra accommodations for our team during the meet.

If you are planning to scratch your swimmer due to the heat we ask that you do that today so that we can get changes into the meet now.  Monday substitutions cause a lot of extra stress and work for everyone involved, and we would appreciate if we can minimize that.

We are asking the CA  for permission again to put tents on the patio.  We are also asking if we can use the yacht room inside as a cooling station, if people need A/C.  We will let you know as soon as we can confirm those.

We will have a cooler full of cooling towels at the data table for the volunteers working on the pool deck.  We are also working on a rotation system for those volunteers standing on the pool deck to take turns in the cooling area during the meet.

Everyone's safety is at the front of our mind right now and we will keep everyone updated with any other changes.

See you at the pool!
