Good afternoon Sea Lions!

Well, it's been another unusual one for us with today's heat.  There have been lots of discussions between our team, Twin Chimneys, and the CA.  Due to the extreme heat, here's where we've landed for tonight.

Meet start time will change from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

Warmups will begin at 6:15pm for us.

We will still honor our seniors for Senior Night at halftime.

Twin Chimneys has opted to cancel for this evening, which means we will just have our LSL kids on the blocks.  We will still swim for places, points, and ribbons to be given out at the banquet.  We're working as fast as we can to get those changes into Swimtopia.  Please check upon arrival for heat/lane assignments.

PLEASE visit our concession stand to help support us with a much smaller attendance. We will have all the usual goodies and need the sales!

The CA will not offer food/beverage service outdoors.

We are able to use canopy tents on the entire patio since there is no service.

We are offering up the Yacht room inside (with some patio chairs) for anyone who needs a break from the heat.  Please remember, no wet swimsuits on upholstered furniture!

We will be rotating our volunteers in/out on the pool deck and bullpen to allow for A/C breaks.  If anyone at anytime is not feeling well, PLEASE go cool off.

Attendance at our meets is always voluntary, so please know we're doing our best to keep everyone safe and still have the kids swim.  If you're not comfortable due to the weather, please let us know.

Whew - that's a lot to take in, but at least we're still getting our last meet in!

See you at the pool!
